The internet based Customer Service Package provides
intuitive tools for Container Terminal customers to enter
bookings, freight release and other information. The Customer
Service package can also be used to locate important information
concerning bookings, equipment, manifests, trucker contracts
and the status of import containers. It is a window into the
inventory for all of your customers.
